How's our budget in this year 2007-08.

I hope this year our budget is very well but our target is very high. This is not so good this is also risky and may be that is not fulfilling our caretaker government. Other hands we are expect downer country help us continuously but I can’t understand why we expect they help us? If we are rich then why we will expect World Bank, DFID etc organization help us and why we are not refuge there help which money was against our country. I think all over our 2007-08 budgets is good but depended to downer country and downer organization. That is very bad habit for our country.
But this year is very impotent news is every body can any comments to our government through by mail or email.Which was first time in Bangladesh.The link is under bellow:
